The Oceanbum Founder Bundle includes one Oceanbum tactile companion, a premium Oceanbum box, a how-it-works insert card, and 365-day PuffZenDen Full Access. It's designed to help you combine gentle breathing with touch by squeezing Oceanbum as you breathe in and loosening your grip as you breathe out.

An Oceanbum Two-Hand Set includes two Oceanbum tactile companions, designed for people who prefer to hold one in each hand while using PuffZenDen breathing exercises. Using two Oceanbums gives both hands a soft tactile anchor to squeeze and release in rhythm with your breathing, creating a more balanced two-handed experience. The set includes 2 Oceanbums and is designed to be used alongside the PuffZenDen app.

The Oceanbum Replacement is for customers who already have PuffZenDen Full Access and want an extra or replacement Oceanbum. It does not include an activation code or PuffZenDen Full Access.

If you want Oceanbum plus 365-day PuffZenDen Full Access, choose the Oceanbum Founder Bundle or the Oceanbum Two-Hand Set.

After purchasing the Oceanbum Founder Bundle, your PuffZenDen activation code will be sent to your email. Follow the activation link, sign in to your existing PuffZenDen account or create a new one, then enter your code online.

Your account will receive 365-day PuffZenDen Full Access. Then open the PuffZenDen app and sign in with the same account — no code entry is needed inside the app.

At checkout, you will be asked to provide your delivery address. Your Oceanbum tactile companion will then be posted to the address provided.

Your PuffZenDen activation code is sent separately by email after purchase. Use the activation link in the email to activate your 365-day PuffZenDen Full Access online.

Yes. PuffZenDen includes a 7-day free trial so you can explore the app before purchasing Full Access. The free trial is for the PuffZenDen app only and does not include an Oceanbum tactile companion.

No. Purchasing 365-day PuffZenDen Full Access through the App Store or Google Play does not automatically include an Oceanbum tactile companion. If you have already purchased 365-day Full Access through Apple or Google Play, email puffzenden@puffbums.com with your full name, proof of purchase and delivery address, and we'll arrange for a Puffbum to be dispatched to you.

If you are currently using the 7-day free trial, or your trial has ended and you haven't made a purchase yet, visit puffzenden.com and purchase the Oceanbum Founder Bundle. Activate your included 365-day Full Access online, then sign back into the PuffZenDen app using the same email address. Your Oceanbum will then be dispatched to you.

Oceanbum is made from soft, fast-rising PU foam (polyurethane foam). It is unscented, pocket-sized, and designed to be gently held, squeezed and released during breathing exercises.

They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you are struggling with your mental health, please seek support from a qualified professional.
