- Find your activation codeYour unique PuffZenDen activation code is inside your box.
- Activate onlineCreate your PuffZenDen account, or sign in to an existing one, and enter your code.
- Return to the appOpen PuffZenDen and sign in with the same account. Your Full Access will already be waiting. You don't need to enter the code again in the app.

Questions you may have
I bought my Puffbum on Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop or another retailer. How do I activate my access?
Your activation code is inside your box. Download PuffZenDen, create your account or sign in, activate your code online, then return to the app and sign in with the same account.
This Puffbum was a present. Do I need the buyer's details?
No. If your box includes an activation code, that is all you need. Create your own PuffZenDen account and activate the code there.
My activation code isn't working. What should I do?
Check that every character has been entered correctly. Each code can be activated once, on one account. If it still doesn't work, email puffzenden@puffbums.com with a photo of the code.
How do I know my Puffbum includes genuine PuffZenDen access?
Puffbums sold through approved retail channels include a unique PuffZenDen activation code. A successfully activated code confirms the included PuffZenDen access.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Start your return through the store you bought from, so your refund is processed on your order. Then post your Puffbum to:
