Share your Puffbum moments - Terms & Conditions

1The promoter

This promotion is run by Blackcache Labs Ltd (Owners of Puffbums and PuffZenDen), registered address - 130 Copperfields Essex SS15 5RZ, company number 17149813 ("we", "us", "PuffZenDen").

2Who can enter

1. 2.1The promotion is open to anyone aged 18 or over, living in the UK, who owns a Puffbum. It does not matter how you got it: bought from puffzenden.com, bought from another store, or received as a gift.
2. 2.2Our employees, their immediate families, and anyone professionally involved in the promotion cannot enter.

3How to enter

1. 3.1Post a photo of your Puffbum in an everyday setting (for example your desk, reading corner, or during a breathing exercise) on Instagram or TikTok.
2. 3.2Tag @puffzenden in the post.
3. 3.3Your account must be public so we can see your entry.
4. 3.4You may post more than once, but each person can win only one prize.

4Dates

1. 4.1The promotion opens on 1 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 31 December 2026. Entries after this time will not count.
2. 4.2Winners will be drawn on 4 January 2027.

5The prize

1. 5.1There are 10 prizes. Each is one Oceanbum, set aside from our current stock.
2. 5.2Prizes will be sent within 14 days of the winner confirming their delivery address.
3. 5.3There is no cash alternative, and prizes cannot be transferred. If a prize is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it with a Puffbum of equal or greater value.

6How winners are chosen and contacted

1. 6.1Ten winners will be picked at random from all valid entries.
2. 6.2We will contact winners by direct message from the official @puffzenden account within 7 days of the draw. We will never ask for payment or passwords.
3. 6.3To claim a prize, winners must reply within 14 days with a UK delivery address.
4. 6.4If a winner doesn't reply in time, or isn't eligible, we may draw a replacement winner.
5. 6.5You can request the winners' first names and counties by emailing puffzenden@puffbums.com after 4 February 2027.

7Your photos

1. 7.1Your photo must be your own, and it must not include anyone who hasn't agreed to appear in it.
2. 7.2Entries must not be offensive or unlawful, and must not break the platform's rules. We may disqualify entries that don't meet these conditions.
3. 7.3You keep ownership of your photo. By tagging us, you agree that we may share it on our social channels and website, with credit to your handle. If you'd like us to remove a shared photo, email puffzenden@puffbums.com and we'll take it down.

8Your data

We will use winners' details only to run the promotion and send prizes. We will handle all data in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

9Platforms

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or run by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, or TikTok.

10Other terms

1. 10.1We may change or cancel the promotion if circumstances outside our control make it necessary. If we do, we will post an update on our social channels.
2. 10.2Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
3. 10.3These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
